Added *OFC charges apply ONLY for overweight & oversized products, and are clearly shown with to the product ordering information. These charges are in addition to the standard flat-rate shipping charges, and are added after the entire order is totaled. The OFC charges will show as handling charges on the shopping cart.
If there is an item marked OFC (for oversized or overweight items) and it doesn't have a OFC price, this means we must give you a individual shipping quote for the item. Please call before ordering to obtain your shipping quote.
Lower 48 United States: Small lightweight items are most likely to be shipped via the United States Postal Service, usually by Priority Mail. Heavy or bulky items may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer, via UPS or FED-EX ground, mailed by Standard Post or delivered by overland freight. We strive to deliver most items within 5 business days (or one week), and we generally notify you by e-mail of any delays. When we take your order we will indicate to you if the item is not in stock. Should anything change after the order, we will contact you immediately (before shipping).
Hawaii, Alaska, and all US Territories with US Zip Codes: Small parts orders that are shipped by Priority Mail will have our standard flat-rate shipping charges. We will ship you large items, but you may pay more for shipping. With large or heavy items, we will calculate the least expensive shipping charge for you (and make sure you agree) before we collect your payment. We can also ship to a ocean shipping company or broker located at a seaport on your behalf.
Canadian and International/ Overseas: Our shopping cart will let you purchase the item, but it will NOT calculate the shipping. Orders are usually shipped by International Priority Mail, and we will calculate your shipping charge on a case-by-case basis, and then send you an invoice via PayPal for the shipping charge. Large items, such as water tanks, are usually too expensive to ship international, but we can ship to a shipping broker at the border for you, and you arrange delivery from there at your expense. Customs charges are always the customer's responsibility (see more info below).
All payments must be made by International Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check issued from a financial institution in the U.S.A., USPS Postal Order, authorized credit card, or processed through PayPal.

Customs Information: All items entering foreign countries are subject to the assessment of duties, taxes, and administrative fees. The destination country determines these costs. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item, they are collected from the recipient of the shipment.
