Blocker Tie Ring II, With Mag-Loc -- in Stainless Steel
Designed by TED BLOCKER, our local Oregon horse trainer & inventor.
The world's safest way to secure a horse, because it's a support system instead of a restraint system. The Blocker Tie Ring II with "Mag-Lock" keeps the tongue of the tie ring in place with a small powerful magnet. Small, light, and compact, the tie ring can be used anywhere it's safe to tie up a horse. This product allows the horse's lead rope to gradually release when suddenly pulled, preventing panic & injury. Comes complete with quick snap, shackle, eye-bolt and instruction booklet.
Keep these in your trailer tack room & make it a habit to snap them onto your trailer tie rings EVERY TIME you tie a horse up. There is almost no circumstance where a horse that pulls back doesn't cause damage to himself, a human or the trailer. This can be prevented when he receives a little slack on the rope instead of being tied hard & fast to an immovable object. Often times, the horse will quit pulling & step forward when he receives the slack, or realizes he's not tied fast. If a horse falls in a trailer when he's attached to this tie ring, it will allow him to get back up.
It is so easy to make a habit of using them inside your trailer, too! Just unsnap the Blocker Tie Ring with the lead rope still attached from the interior trailer tie loop, then lead the horse out of the trailer & snap the Blocker Tie Ring to the tie ring on the side of the trailer.
*Trail Pals tip: Our best selling items are exterior trailer tie rings. You can keep your trailer intact & quit replacing tie rings by simply using this product. Nearly everyone has that one "questionable" horse--and so do we! Ever since we have been using a Blocker Tie Ring when our mare is secured to the trailer (inside or out), she has not broken a tie ring...in 5 years. Thanks, Ted!
