We will charge you the price you see on our web site at
the time you place your order. If you are concerned, please confirm price and availability when ordering.
Returns/Refunds/Shipping mistakes
If you are not satisfied with your order (or a portion of your order), the merchandise can be returned within 21 days of you
receiving it, at the customer's cost, using pre-paid freight.
You must contact
TRAIL PALS first, for a Return Authorization #,
and instructions on where to send it. Then send it back, along with the original receipt. All items must arrive in their original condition, in the original package, and in
saleable condition. We recommend insuring the package against loss. Each shipment must be accompanied by a Return Authorization #, or it will not be accepted. You will be sent a full refund within 1
week of the receipt of the merchandise by TRAIL PALS, if the
previous specified conditions are met. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If we
send you the wrong item, we will pay for it to be returned and also the shipping and handling charge to send the
correct item back to you. Items proven defective that are
eligible to be covered by a manufacturer's warranty must
be returned directly to the manufacturer by the customer
and dealt with under the manufacturer's return
policies. We will assist you with this type of
return. If we ship your purchase to an address that is
not correct because you accidentally furnished us the
wrong shipping address-- and the shipment is returned to
us--we will request another shipping fee to re-ship it
or refund your money for the purchase, but not the
shipping fee.
*Custom orders (including custom cuts) are not returnable!
*Sorry, no returns or exchanges on books, videos, audio tapes or computer software.
Exchanges
TRAIL PALS merchandise to be exchanged must be sent
back to us within 21 days. Contact us first for a
Exchange Authorization #, which will be issued when we
agree to the exchange. Then send the items back, at the
customer's cost, using pre-paid freight. All items must
arrive in their original condition (unused), with the
original receipt, in the original package, and in
saleable condition, unless the merchandise is determined
to be defective by TRAIL PALS. We recommend insuring the
shipment against loss. Each shipment must be accompanied
by a Exchange Authorization #, or it will not be
accepted. Include a new order for merchandise with the
shipment. TRAIL PALS will ship the new items and the
customer will pay the shipping and handling fees, unless
the item is defective.
Privacy Policy--personal information & credit cards
TRAIL PALS Horse Trailer Accessory Store does not make our
customer's names, street or e-mail addresses available
to anyone for any reason! We only collect this
information so that we have several ways to get in touch
with you if your order needs attention. A few minutes
after the order is made, our
customer's credit card numbers are destroyed in our
records. |
