If you can't or don't want to use the Shopping Cart feature to order from the Horse Trailer Accessory Store, follow the directions below. Feel free to call us if you have questions about a particular product or to make an order over the phone. We are on Pacific Standard Time.

1. After reading the instructions, go to the order form page.

2. Print out the order form.

3. Fill out the order form making sure to include product numbers and shipping charges. Call or e-mail for items that we indicate have additional FOB charges that are not shown.

4. Please remember to calculate shipping charges from the chart below the order form first, then add any FOB charges on the next line before calculating the total of the order. FOB charges are extra freight charges for large or heavy boxes to be delivered. FOB charges show as HANDLING charges on the shopping cart.

      Fax to (503) 826-8552. (Faxes are received in a secure location.) but you can fax your order & call us with the credit card number if you like.

*All mail orders are received in a secure location, but you can mail your order, leaving the credit card number blank. When we receive the order, we will call you for the credit card number.

PayPal/E-mail Orders: Please email us at info@trailpals.com. Simply describe in writing what you want to order, furnish your e-mail address and we will invoice you on-line by using PayPal's secure invoice & payment system. You will need to furnish both your mailing address & delivery address. (This is very easy, and this way we never see your credit card or banking information!)
